Dialog Bridge, Denmark — job@dialogbridge.online. We process data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To provide the Service you asked for (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)); recordings of calls and processing of the data you give us on your request and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); to keep the Service secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We ask you not to enter sensitive data (health, religion, political views, ID numbers); the interview does not ask for them.
To work, the Service sends the necessary text to: OpenAI (writing résumés, understanding vacancies, voice of the assistant), Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (website delivery and email), our hosting provider Hetzner (servers in the EU), and a telephony provider for calls. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Data is stored on our server in protected form, access only for you and for the administrator for support and security. We keep it until you delete it. If you do not use the account for 24 months, we delete it.
You can at any time: see and download your data (“Download my data” in your account), correct it, delete everything (“Delete everything” — immediate and final), object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Write to job@dialogbridge.online if a button is not enough.
The assistant tells the person called that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. The recording belongs to your account and is deleted when you press Delete.
The Service is for people aged 16 and over.
We will update this page when something changes; the date at the top shows the version.
On our public pages (home, terms, privacy) we use Google Analytics 4 only if you click “Allow” in the banner. It measures visits and the visitor’s country, without your name or e-mail and without advertising features. If you decline, nothing is stored. The cabinet is not tracked. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited.

Для работы Сервис передаёт нужный текст: OpenAI (написание резюме, разбор вакансий, голос ассистента), Google (вход), Cloudflare (доставка сайта и почта), хостингу Hetzner (серверы в ЕС) и телефонному оператору для звонков. Мы не продаём данные и не используем их для рекламы.
Данные лежат на нашем сервере в защищённом виде; доступ — вам и администратору для поддержки и безопасности. Хранятся, пока вы их не удалите. Если не заходить 24 месяца, аккаунт удаляется.
В любой момент вы можете: посмотреть и скачать данные («Скачать мои данные» в кабинете), исправить их, удалить всё («Удалить всё» — сразу и навсегда), возразить против обработки, отозвать согласие или пожаловаться в датский надзорный орган (Datatilsynet). Если кнопок мало — пишите на job@dialogbridge.online.
Ассистент сообщает собеседнику, что он ИИ и что разговор записывается. Запись принадлежит вашему аккаунту и удаляется кнопкой Delete.
